About these terms
These terms apply to your use of shopmarketchoice.com and to orders placed with Shop Market Choice, 124 Robbins St, Greensboro, NC 27406, USA. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and payment
Checking out sends us an order request. It becomes a contract when you pay through the secure payment link we email you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, and we will refund any payment in full.
Prices, promotions and tax
Prices are in US dollars. The Choice of the Day discount applies until midnight Eastern time on the day shown. Promo code CHOICE10 gives 10% off eligible items and excludes eGift cards and the Choice of the Day. Sales tax is calculated for your delivery address and shown on your payment link. North Carolina orders are charged the 4.75% state rate plus local tax.
Shipping and risk
Delivery times are estimates. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order. See our shipping policy. We meet the FTC Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule and will tell you if an order is delayed.
Returns
Returns are covered by our returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including the North Carolina Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act (N.C.G.S. 75-1.1).
eGift cards and digital codes
eGift cards and software are issued by third parties and subject to their terms. Once a code is delivered it is treated like cash and can't be returned or replaced if lost or shared.
Health products
Supplements and personal care products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about them have not been evaluated by the FDA. Talk to a healthcare professional before starting a new supplement.

Product names and images belong to their respective owners. Our descriptions and design belong to Shop Market Choice. Please don't copy them for commercial use.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes will be handled in the state courts of Guilford County, North Carolina, or the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
